All Creation Worships Thee

Rev 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

This morning, we as a family knelt together and prayed that the Lord would grant us wisdom, skill and efficiency to prepare for the Sabbath. We were eager to claim the blessings of the Sabbath and claimed the promise that:

He who from the heart obeys the fourth commandment will obey the whole law. He is sanctified through obedience. To us as to Israel the Sabbath is given "for a perpetual covenant." To those who reverence His holy day the Sabbath is a sign that God recognizes them as His chosen people. It is a pledge that He will fulfill to them His covenant. Every soul who accepts the sign of God's government places himself under the divine, everlasting covenant. He fastens himself to the golden chain of obedience, every link of which is a promise. 6T 350

We believe God's promise that in keeping His Sabbath, He will keep His promise and write His law on our hearts according to Heb 8:10.

We know that without we can do nothing, not even prepare for the Sabbath, so we asked our Father to help us and bless us.

Today was the most efficent we have ever been. It was a miracle, everything was ready, everything in order and our hearts were at rest.

As the Sabbath approached we suddenly heard the Kookaburra's laugh in chorus. The we heard a flock of Eastern Rosella's sing as they flew past. Were the birds sensing the coming of their Creator to our home? Were they just like us, excited at His promised approach? I believe so and they could not contain their joy and heralded His coming.

We opened our hearts to Him, sang His praises and rested in the promise of His blessing.

We felt one with the creation of God and felt blest. We are now in the Sabbath rest and are enjoying the mild and gentle presence of our comforting Saviour.

As the Sabbath comes to you, may you hear creation announce His coming and may you be ready with them to worship the King.
