The Two Natures.

¹There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  ²For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. ³For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: ⁴That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ⁵For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. ⁶For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. ⁷Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. ⁸So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. ⁹But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.  ¹⁰And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  (Romans 8:1-10)

The above quotation, whom Paul wrote, inspired by God shows us clearly what our brother is refering to when he talks regarding the Flesh and the Spirit.  We see that the flesh things of it and the Spirit has things regarding it.  the thing is stated as flesh=carnally minded and the things of the Spirit=Spiritually minded.

To be carnally minded, shows here to walk after the lusts of the heart , but to be spiritually minded is to walk after the Spirit...the love of God and the life of Christ.

When we see the correct context and interpretation for the following quote, this is the light that it is seen...

¹There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in (Abiding) Christ Jesus, who walk (follow) not after the flesh, but (follow) after the Spirit.  ²For the law of the Spirit of life (life=Jesus see John 14:6) in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. ³For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh (human nature), and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: ⁴That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ⁵For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. ⁶For to be carnally minded (flesh)is death; but to be spiritually minded (spirit) is life and peace. ⁷Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. ⁸So then they that are in the flesh (carnally minded) cannot please God. ⁹But ye are not (carnally minded) in the flesh, but (Spiritually minded) in the Spirit, if so be that the (Spiritual mind of God/ the Mind of God) Spirit of God dwell (live) in you. Now if any man have not the (Spiritual mind of Christ) Spirit of Christ, he (people) is none of his (God or Christ).  ¹⁰And if Christ be in (abide) you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  (Romans 8:1-10)

When we read the following text, with the correct view in mind, under the guidance of the Spirit of Jehovah, he reveals to us the intention he anticipated in the thought he wanted it to achieve.   We see that the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ is One Spirit, and that this Spirit is shared betwixt the two.  We see that there is a dual relationship between the father and the son and the son to the father.  The Spirit is used synonomously and the intention given to man is that they may have this oneness with the father and the only begotten son. ^"That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. " John 17:21

Here we see a re-echoing of what God said to his son from the beginning when man was created...

^"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth" Gen 1:26

When God created man, he created them perfect...by choosing the wrong...he became a sinner, worthy of death.  But here we see Jesus, in sinful flesh overcame sin for us, to redeem us to god...and that pray that echos to this day "...that they may be one as we are one...one in us" is what he came to achieve...and thus it has been achieved.

Those that are searching for the truth will find it, and they will find him...The Only begotten Son.

The father and the Son bear witness with us, the question is are we bearing witness for him?
