We have witnessed wonderful things in Israel

Luke 7:22  Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.

As I travelled home on the plane with my companion Craig, my heart was filled with praise for the transformations of people's hearts witnessed at Talking Rock Sabbath Chapel and in the township of Jasper, GA where meetings were held Oct 19-28.

On the first Sabbath, the subject of repentance was addressed and at the end of the sermon, several people came forward with tears and confessions. Hearts were mended and a Spirit of love, joy and peace descended upon all that attended. With hearts united in love we proceeded through the week, singing and sharing together.

After the service we partook in a communion service. It was such a blessed time together.

We sang beautifully arranged Scripture songs prepared by Gary and Carolyn Hullquist. The Theme song was such a blessing and drew hearts close together.

Through the week, friends arrived that I had come to know through Skype. I can't describe the joy I felt to meet dear friends from different parts of the USA. Some friends I had known for 3 or 4 years and now seeing them for the first time in person was such a treat.

The time flew by as we listened to Bible presentations and talked and fellowshipped through the afternoons.

I spoke with several people during the week and I observed the messages of the Third Angel penetrate into the hearts of many. Several times I heard the expression of calm, gentle peace combined with joy in the hearts of the listeners.

As we spoke of the Divine Pattern relationship reflected in the home, many came under conviction of a need to bring their homes into harmony with the relationship of the Father and His Son. Many prayers were had and tears expressed. Surely Elijah was turning the hearts of families towards each other in the Spirit of God and His Son.

On the second Sabbath, we spoke on the blessing that released Jesus into ministry. We asked the question "When does a boy become a man and when does a girl become a woman?" It is through the blessing "You are my beloved child in whom I am well pleased." We invited elders to come forward and then those who desired a blessing by the laying on of hands. About 50 people came forward for a blessing. The elders laid hands upon each person and a personal prayer was offered expressing the sonship and daughtership of God through Christ. One older man remarked "finally I feel like a man." Family members hugged and held each others as tears of joy flowed in response to the love of God that was poured out. I felt such a peace, a calm, a love in my soul. The power of the Spirit was manifest. I felt love for all my brethren and words cannot describe the joy we all experienced.

Several came under deep conviction to be baptised and on the last day 11 souls went forward in baptism. What a joy it was for all who participated. That evening, testimonies were shared and then more confessions, tears of joy and reformation as trophies from a past life were destroyed in the fire and souls were set free.

I have been so grateful to our Father for giving me the strength to speak, share and fellowship with believers. I have not felt that strong in some years. To see souls respond to the preaching of the Third Angel's Message and the straight tesimony to Laodicea was such a joy.

I have made new friends that will last forever and strengthened friendships previously made.
