The Psalmist tells us “Your way is in the Sanctuary” Psalm 77:13. The Sanctuary reveals to us the way of Salvation. Within this context when we look at the creation story as told by Moses we see the truth spoken by E.J. Waggoner that the Gospel is told in the Creation story. Moses speaks to us from the very first chapter of God’s power manifested in the creation, is the same power revealed in redemption.

It is no accident then that the Christians of Antioch viewed the creation of this earth as a great Sanctuary with the firmament described by Moses in Genesis 1:6 as the great curtain between the Holy Place within the Church and the Most Holy Place in heaven.

The Psalmist affirms this connection by stating that the Heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows His handiwork. Psalm 19:1.

This view depends upon a correct view of Bible Cosmology, that like the Sanctuary, the earth has a foundation, pillars, and a cornerstone.

In this presentation we are invited to see clear evidence of the 1888 message of the Gospel in Creation connected to a biblical understanding of what the earth really looks like and how it functions.
