Hannah is a very precious Old Testament Character and teaches us important principles of dealing with difficult circumstances and overcoming them. I have devoted a chapter to Hannah in the book Divine Pattern and spoken about her example in a number of presentations. This song is taken from her time of triumph as recorded in 1 Sam 2:1-10.
