09) Christ- THE TRUTH

AIM: To show that Christ reveals the whole truth about God and the gospel. All truth is found in Him.

Outline: The Bible tells us that Jesus is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE. John 14:6. This chart shows the various roles of Jesus in the plan of salvation. Every truth in the Bible is related to one of the seven roles of Jesus listed on this chart.

The various roles of Jesus have been placed in a circle to reflect that fact that Jesus is the centre and circumference of all truth.

This chart forms the foundation for our journey through the first angel’s message. At least one of the roles of Jesus will be connected to each of the charts that follow.

Our aim is to study Jesus in each of these roles and learn to know Him in each of these roles. John 17:3 tells us that life eternal is to know Him – all of Him. If we only know part of who Jesus is then we don’t know all of Him and it important that we learn all about Jesus and His work to save us.
