Bible Prophecy Renewed In My Heart
I was reminded that my church, based on a great disappointment just as the early church was, is a movement of Bible prophecy. More than that, Bible prophecy renewed the movement in my heart towards God through one simple verse - Daniel 9:26: "after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself."
Jesus was cut off from His Father, not for Himself, but for MY sin, because He couldn't bear for me to be cut off instead. Truly, my God is love.
