Blessings from Desire of Ages

If you've seen my last blog, you'll know I've been listening Desire of Ages (this blog isn't the next chapter by chapter one, that's coming later). I just wanted to put up a quick blog on the blessings I'm getting out of this. Through listening to this book, I'm coming closer to my saviour. Ellen White's easy to understand writing, makes the character of Jesus so plain. As I listen, I feel more affection for Him, and I see gems in His character that I never knew about Him.

It's hard to describe the joy I get out of this. By listening to this book, I am seeing more and more the person that Jesus is; and what a wonderful knowledge is this! When listening, I can almost imagine the scenes being spoken of; I can almost see Jesus. It makes we wonder how people can reject Him the way they do, how they scoff at His out stretched hand.

Praise be to God for the revelations I am receiving!
