Preparation for Passover

Exo 19:10  And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them wash their clothes...

Rev_1:5  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Rev 7:14  I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

An appointed season of refreshing from the Lord is almost upon us. Let us prepare our hearts to receive the blessing which the Lord desires to pour upon us. For those who have found delight in the Sabbaths of the Lord, we are invited to prepare our hearts for this special season to remember the amazing sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ upon the cross for us.

Now is the time to ask the Lord Jesus to wash from our hearts the filth and uncleaness we have gathered since the last major appointment. Let us seek the Lord upon our knees and wash our hearts in the blood of the lamb knowing that we shall be forgiven and cleansed. 

Let us remove from our homes all things that do not honour our Father in heaven. Any items that bring spiritual leaven into the home needs to be removed. Books, movies, music, foods that clog the mind and body or anything that would distract us from receiving the fullness of blessing in the coming week.

Cleanse us Lord from secret faults, bring to our minds those things in which we sin with ignorance or cause offense without knowing. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near.

Some are well are aware that Satan desires to distract and annoy by sending harsh voices to accuse and cause sorrow of heart and soul. Let us hold our peace and be

The Lord our God desires to bless us and we can prepare our hearts to receive this blessing during passover. Let us ask our Father what things we need to remove from our lives that we might be able to hear His voice more clearly and receive the bread from heaven we need for our nourishment
