This presentation on March 23, 2019 comes exactly 1260 days after my first formal presentation on the character of God on October 10 2015. This was the First Sabbath After Tabernacles in that year and it was the beginning of a new seven year cycle. It is fitting to present a sermon reflecting on how much the truth about Christ as the revelation of His Father has set us free. It has taken 1260 days for this message to become anchored firmly with all questions concerning the character of God are now answered. Here is the first sermon from Oct 10 2015. Just one of those nice little things that this 1260 period begins and ends with a Sabbath.

Now that the foundations have been laid we look forward to the manifestation of this precious teaching over the next 1260 days. The seed is now planted and now it will grow. In the next 1260 we need to plant this seed through the door to door book work and the completion of the books needed for the end of that period. I pray then that the gathering can begin after 2520 days. We look to early Sep 2022 for this commencement. Of course these are pencil obervations and doodlings of thought.

The pattern of 1260 and 2520 days is important in the development of this message. Seeking to attach these patterns to the midnight cry foundations established by the Adventist pioneers creates an opposition system that collapses the clear principle that 1844 ends the prophetic periods as they are mentioned in Daniel and Revelation.

Let us rejoice in the development of the last 1260 days. truly is has been a time of scattering as many have resisted the message and held fast the errors of the dispensational system developed through Augustine. Let us take courage that the seeds planted in our souls will manifest and grow for a harvest 1260 days from now in the seventh year. Wait for it - though it tarry it will surely come. The husbandman waits patiently for the harvest.

We note with great interest the two key Spirit of prophecy quotes in the sermon that completed the 1260 day period. Let us hold them fast over the next 1260 days and beyond.

Keep your wants, your joys, your sorrows, your cares, and your fears before God. You cannot burden Him; you cannot weary Him. He who numbers the hairs of your head is not indifferent to the wants of His children. "The Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy." James 5:11. His heart of love is touched by our sorrows and even by our utterances of them. Take to Him everything that perplexes the mind. Nothing is too great for Him to bear, for He holds up worlds, He rules over all the affairs of the universe. Nothing that in any way concerns our peace is too small for Him to notice. There is no chapter in our experience too dark for Him to read; there is no perplexity too difficult for Him to unravel. No calamity can befall the least of His children, no anxiety harass the soul, no joy cheer, no sincere prayer escape the lips, of which our heavenly Father is unobservant, or in which He takes no immediate interest. "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." Psalm 147:3. The relations between God and each soul are as distinct and full as though there were not another soul upon the earth to share His watchcare, not another soul for whom He gave His beloved Son.  {SC 100.1}

The life in which the fear of the Lord is cherished will not be a life of sadness and gloom. It is the absence of Christ that makes the countenance sad, and the life a pilgrimage of sighs. ... But Christ dwelling in the soul is a wellspring of joy. For all who receive Him, the very keynote of the word of God is rejoicing.{COL 162.1}

Here are the Sermon Notes from the sermon - You shall be Free Indeed.

John 8:31-36  Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;  (32)  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.  (33)  They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?  (34)  Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.  (35)  And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.  (36)  If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Php 1:6  Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
