Equality of the Father and Son

Adrian Ebens addresses Philipians 2:5,6 and his shift from a performance to relational value system. The Son's equality is not based in the Son but in the Father. Jesus is the author of faith, beliving what His Father has told him. The God of 1Jon 4:8 is the God of verse 9, the Father who sent His only begotten Son into the world, the Son of His agape (Col 1:13).
