Calvary in Egypt show video ▼hide video ▲

Power belong to God and there is no power but of God. Ps 62:11, Rom 13:1. When we understand this truth we can then begin to see the judgments of God in a very different light. We can say with David

Psa 119:137  Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.

Cascading Delight to the Character of God show video ▼hide video ▲

This is an introduction to the book Gods of Egypt as Lightning from Heaven.

http://maranathamedia.com/book/view/g...

It traces the sequence of thought that led to my current examination of the Character of God. The sequence is important and if pieces are missing then it will be easy to misunderstand the current discussion

This is the journey sequence
1. Identity Wars - introduces the relational value system http://identitywars.org
2. Matt 3:17 This is my beloved Son in a relational system makes the relationship the reality and that being a Father speaking to a Son
3. Life Matters - http://life-matters.org - Puts the relational value system as expressed through the blessing into an earthly family context
4. The Divine Pattern - The Blessing invites us to consider the structure of the blessing system in 1 Cor 8:6 with source and channel.
5. The Relationship and blessing find their climax in the Sabbath
6. The Sabbath reflects the Divine Pattern with the annual Sabbaths as a channel for the weekly Sabbath.
7. The Divine Pattern then opened the door for the statutes and judgments as part of the blessing system
 8. The Divine Pattern then unlocks the source channel nature of the covenants
9. The covenants rightly understood present a consistent picture of God which requires us to understand the God of the Old Testament as exactly the same God as the New Testament and see for a consistent view of God as He expresses in Ex 34:7

I Have a Dream - We Choose to Go show video ▼hide video ▲

I have a dream today ... I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low. The rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight. And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. This is our hope. This is the faith that I go several countries across the world. With the faith of Jesus we will build upon the cornerstone the temple of the Lord. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nations into the beautiful symphony Philadelphia brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to face opposition together, to preach freedom together, knowing that we are sons and daughters of a tender Father who does not use any principle of force, violence and death.

We choose to go to build the temple of the Lord. We choose to go to build the temple of the Lord in the next 25 years and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are promised, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too.

The Template for the Judgment show video ▼hide video ▲

Get the notes: http://maranathamedia.com/article/view/the-template-for-the-judgement

God considers all men His precious children. He has paid an infinite price for every human being. When we judge others and have angry feelings towards them and desire to separate from them then we are challenging God’s judgment of that person. We are negating what He has decided about them. We are taking His place on the judgment seat and we are administering the counterfeit justice of Satan which ultimately will be mirrored back to those who sit there.

As we pass judgement on others this negates His love for others, because we are the same as them in nature we negate His love for us and we judge ourselves unworthy of His love. We are in the prison because we grabbed the man by the throat and told him to pay.

Baalpeor, The Javelin of Phinehas and Appeasement Based Atonement show video ▼hide video ▲

Num 25:1-9  And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab.  (2)  And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods.  (3)  And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel.  (4)  And the LORD said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel.  (5)  And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay ye every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor.  (6)  And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.  (7)  And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand;  (8)  And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel.  (9)  And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.
