[Deutsch] (Read Part 3) As we have examined the original love that existed in the Garden of Eden, we found in the persons of Adam and Eve an engine of perpetual love that was designed to flow out to the promised population of the earth. The pouring forth of blessing from Adam to Eve and the returning of appreciation from Eve to…

Dear brothers and sisters, My husband recently wrote this study for our magazine in French. As this has been a real blessing to me and our readers we thought that you might also be interested to read. It has also been published in the magazine "Old Paths" from Smyrna Gospel Ministries.  May our Father richly bless you during these Sabbath hours. The Spirit of Jesus or the Spirit of Satan The Spirit of God—what a subject! It has raised many debates. Yet, truth is for the poor in spirit. They, at least, are simple and humble enough to understand and to accept…

John 5:22  For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:  John 8:4-11  They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.  (5)  Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?  (6)  This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, [Dominion of earth principle] as though he heard them not.  (7)  So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them,…

On October 22nd, 2016 the SDA church in Bulgaria, Sofia, Slatina quarter a church meeting took place where it was suggested that Deyan Delchev shall be disfellowshipped. The suggestion was based on the following points: 1. A difference in his view with the official church doctrine of the Trinity, as it was stated that he “does not accept the full divinity of the third person of the Godhead – the Holy Spirit.“ 2. Transgression of article 10 of the Church Manual, according to which he did not respect the church authority and order. After the suggestion was entered, word was…

The Wonder of the Cross Dear Maranatha Media Subscriber, The end of 2018 is fast approaching and what a year it has been in the forward march of truth as it is in Jesus Christ. On my final journey home from Bangkok this year, I recounted many of the experiences and all the seeds that have been sown in the hearts of men and women around the world.  A few figures to begin with: - 126 hours of flying visiting 12 countries  - 160 plus meetings within those locations. - many baptisms, our Father knows who…

It's not easy to confess that I know nothing about this agape. My selfish heart knows nothing of this kind of selfless love. Intellectually it is not difficult to understand, but it is a heart experience that I do not now possess. The statement below is truly my experience to this point. Would you please pray for me? Cristina "Ordinary human love is dependent on the beauty or goodness of its object. We naturally choose friends who are nice to us, who please us. We fall in love with our sexual opposite who is beautiful, happy, intelligent, and attractive (in…

Preface "I may be able to speak the languages of men and even of angels, but if I have no agape, my speech is no more than a noisy gong or a clanging bell. "I may have the gift of inspired preaching; I may have all knowledge and understand all secrets; I may have all the faith needed to move mountains—but if I have no agape, I am nothing. "I may give away everything I have, and even give up my body to be burned — but if I have no agape, this does me no good." (Paul in 1…

Wanted to share some thoughts on Pentecost, the feast of Weeks, or Shavuot as it is called in the Hebrew. This special day marks the 50th day after the first Shabbat, or seventh-day Sabbath in the feast of unleavened bread. It is the only annual appointed time that is not designated by a specific date. It is determined only by the counting of seven complete cycles of seventh-day Sabbaths. When we look back at the Jewish economy before the Son of God came as our Redeemer did anything of significance happen on this day? What really happened on the day…

Joh 14:6-10  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.  (7)  If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.  (8)  Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.  (9)  Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? …

The claim is often made that Adventists openly referred to the Triune Trinity before the Death of Ellen White and since she said nothing against it that this provides further proof of her shift towards the doctrine. While there were some self confessed Athanasians like H.C Lacey and Leroy Froom, others simply used the term to refer to the original teaching. It was essentially a rebranding of the doctrine.
Many people have puzzled over Ellen White’s letter to her daughter in-law Mary White in 1882 Mary, if you can get me a good box of herrings, fresh ones, please do so. These last ones that Willie got are bitter and old. If you can buy cans, say a half dozen cans of good tomatoes, please do so. We shall need them. If you can get a few cans of good oysters, get them. (Letter 16, 1882, dated May 31, 1882, from Healdsburg, California).

Dear friends of the Father and His begotten Son. As we venture into the year 2015 the sense of the nearness of the coming of Christ is closer than ever. The pressing question for every person is “Am I prepared for the coming of the Saviour?” Many voices cry aloud of the apostasy of the churches and the wickedness of the nations and world leaders and while this has its place in world events, the more pressing question is “what is the state of my soul?” Am I in love with my Saviour? Do the things of this world grow…

I'd like to take a moment to share a personal story. Feel free to use it, but--if using it in printing, just change my name to help guard humility. I'm one of what the Aussie's would call a pensioner. My income is presently limited to my SSI (disability) check of less than $1000 US each month. That being said, I live in government subsidized housing. I've learned how to manage things so that generally at the end of the month--there are still a few bucks in my account as the month draws to a close. I wanted to share this…

The following article is the first chapter taken from a larger more in depth study entitled "Sacrifice of Epic Proportion."  Sacrifice of Epic Proportion is a completely revised version of an earlier study entitled "Power Laid Down."  I hope to have the newer version up in pdf format soon. For now here is a sample of it. Recently I read a short story written by Frank R Stockton entitled A Jerseyman And His Royal Crown. While reading, I began to see some striking parallels and contrasts between Stockton’s account, and a story I and most, if not all readers of…

"All that man needs to know and can know of God has been revealed in the life and character of His Son, the Great Teacher." Medical Ministry p. 95. Our gracious heavenly Father and His dear Son are not willing that any should perish. 2 Pet 3:9. "He that has seen me," Jesus said, "has seen my Father" John 14:9. And Jesus said, I am "not come into the world to destroy men's lives, but to save them" Luke 9:56. This is exactly the same purpose of His Father, for they are one in purpose. Sadly, They will not be…
This is the fourth in a series of articles on `The Last Generation'.  By the time that Christ demonstrated Agape to the world on the cross, the world was so completely steeped in Eros, that its underlying principle of self soon began to gnaw at the truth of agape. This largely resulted from Alexander the Great conquering  the known world in 331 B.C, and then setting  himself to the task of Hellenizing it.  Greek culture was so steeped in the principle of Eros, that everything the Greeks did represented the manner by which the perfection of God is represented to…
This is the third of a series of articles on `The Last Generation'.  The renowned Greek philosopher Plato sought to elevate the Greek concept of the love of God to a level that soared far above the mire of sensuality it had fallen into, and conceived of a form of love which he called `Heavenly Eros. He believed that this Heavenly Eros comprised the character of God, and is a love which is so pure and noble that it is unsullied by human emotion; for Plato believed that anything which is sensual and of the material world corrupts and weighs…

Since I was baptized by Pastor Adrian in Waterford (Australia – oh sweet memories) 1¼ years ago, I have been giving my tithe to Maranathamedia. Shortly before that, I had heard in a sermon from Pastor Adrian about the 2nd tithe, that it could be set aside for the feast meetings and people in special needs.* So I started collecting my 2nd tithe in a separate bank account. My income since then has been between 650 and 1.300 € per month (including what my parents give me from time to time). Not exactly lush, but I've never had more available...…

Prov 8:30  Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him; I was just having lunch with my wife and we were discussing the concept of time in a relational dimension. I reminded her of a song that we both enjoy that reflects our relationship. Here is the first verse Remember when it started could our hearts beat any faster Excited by the height from which we fell Floating like a feather where the when became whenever We made those moments matter for ourselves And I wonder if…
